Communicative Spanish Packages

    The Communicative Spanish Packages are designed to teach conversational Spanish. It focuses on developing the two core communication skills, those of speaking and listening. This package is intended for those with little or no Spanish who wish quickly to develop the ability to carry on meaningful conversations. The minimum enrollment period is 1 week. The package includes 2 off campus classes (to museums, restaurants, etc) every week that will help the Spanish student practice their communicative skills in the real world. The cost incurred by these external classes is included in the prices listed below.

    Communicative Spanish Packages are offered as private or group lessons. Private lessons allow teachers to focus on the unique needs of individual students, while group lessons allow students to interact with peers who are at a level of proficiency similar to their own. (Groups are comprised by a maximum of 4 students.)

    Lessons last for 3 hours a day, and are divided into two sections:

• 1.5 hours of Structural Practice.
• 1.5 hours of Spoken Practice of the applications and uses.
