Spanish for Social Workers
Those who dedicate their lives to helping the less fortunate will feel right at home in the Querétaro Language School. Our Spanish for Social Worker Package is a comprehensive course that focuses on the special needs of Social Workers. The package has been designed in collaboration with experienced Spanish teachers and experienced Social Workers. It prepares Social Workers not only to communicate with, but also to understand the cultural background of their Spanish speaking colleagues and clients.
Social Work is, of course, a broad field with many areas of specialization. In order to tailor the specialized Spanish for Social Worker Package to your particular needs, we will mail you a questionnaire designed to help us understand your particular job and its unique communication requirements.
The Spanish for Social Workers classes last for 4 hours a day, and are divided into three segments:
- 1.5 hours of Structure.
- 1.5 hours of Practice and Uses.
- 1 hours of Communicative Practice.
Our Plus Packages offer an additional 1 hour per day of guided communicative practice designed to reinforce the lessons you have learned earlier in the day. Your teacher will provide themes for each conversation related to your field of Social Work to provide you with an improved knowledge of Spanish and a better understanding of México.
